Plain-language summary (not a substitute for the text below). How authorities can lawfully ask us for data, what we require (valid legal process, right jurisdiction), how we narrow requests, when we notify the user, and how we handle emergencies.

1. Scope
This policy explains how the Operator handles requests from law-enforcement or governmental authorities for user data or for action against an Agent. It does not create rights for any person and does not limit the Operator’s legal obligations.
2. What we require
We disclose data only where compelled by valid legal process appropriate to our jurisdiction (the Republic of Armenia) or through recognised mutual legal assistance or a valid request under a treaty or the law of the region where the relevant data is stored. Requests must (a) come from an authorised authority on official letterhead or through an official channel, (b) identify the legal basis, (c) identify the specific Account, AgentID or data sought, and (d) be proportionate. We reject overbroad, vague or improper requests and may require a court order for content or personal data.
3. Data we can provide
Subject to valid process: basic subscriber and Passport data, status and status history, acceptance and billing records, and technical logs within our retention periods. Agent private keys are not held by us and cannot be produced. We produce the minimum necessary.
4. User notice
We will notify the affected user before disclosure so they may seek to challenge it, unless we are legally prohibited (for example by a court-ordered gag), the request is a genuine emergency involving risk to life, or notice would be counterproductive to an investigation of abuse of the Platform. Where prohibited only temporarily, we notify when the prohibition lapses.
5. Emergency requests
In an emergency involving an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm, we may disclose the limited data necessary to address the emergency to an appropriate authority, on a good-faith basis, and document the disclosure.
6. Preservation
On a valid preservation request we preserve existing data for up to 90 days, extendable once, pending legal process.
7. Transparency
We publish, at least annually and without personal data, the number and type of government requests received and our responses, to the extent legally permitted.
