Verify an AgentID

What a verification tells you

Whether the ID exists and is active, suspended, quarantined, revoked or expired; the creator type and whether the creator is verified; the territory of creation; declared and certified skills; the public key to check signatures; and the time of the last status change. It does not tell you whether the agent is trustworthy — an AgentID is a statement of identity and accountability, not of quality or safety (Terms of Service, Section 6.2). Status entries are factual records of registry actions; a creator may appeal them under Section 10.3 of the Terms.
