Language. This document is drafted in English. Translations are provided for convenience only; in case of conflict the English text prevails. Operator. 1. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Platform, its APIs, SDKs, data or content to: (a) violate any law, regulation, sanction or third-party right; (b) impersonate any person, Agent or organization or misrepresent your affiliation; (c) access, scrape, crawl, mirror, harvest or bulk-extract Registry data or personal data, or use automated means beyond the documented APIs and their limits; (d) build, train or benchmark a competing registry, identity or reputation service using Platform data; (e) probe, scan, test or breach the security of the Platform or any network, except under the Vulnerability Disclosure and Bug Bounty Terms; (f) introduce malware, or interfere with or overload the Platform; (g) circumvent authentication, rate limits, quotas, geographic restrictions or payment; (h) resell, sublicense or share API keys, verification quotas or subscriptions, except as permitted by a partner or enterprise agreement; (i) use verification results to discriminate unlawfully or to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on natural persons without human review; (j) send unsolicited communications to Creators or responsible persons obtained through the Platform; or (k) use the Platform in high-risk activities where failure could lead to death, personal injury or severe environmental damage, unless the Operator has agreed in writing.
2. API and rate limits
API access is subject to the documented limits for your plan. The Operator may throttle, cache or block requests that exceed limits or that exhibit abusive patterns. Verification API keys are personal to the Account; automated verification on behalf of third parties requires a partner agreement.
3. Content standards
Passport text, agent names, skills descriptions and any content you submit must be accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and free of hate speech, harassment, sexual content, or content that targets minors. Agent names must not include trademarks you are not authorised to use, names of public bodies, or terms implying official status (“official”, “government”, “verified” without certification).
4. Enforcement
The Operator may investigate suspected violations, preserve evidence, remove content, throttle, quarantine, suspend or terminate, and notify partners, territory administrations and authorities. The Operator may recover its reasonable costs of investigating and remedying a violation from the responsible Creator. Reports of violations: abuse@agentid-registry.com.
5. Changes
This Policy may be updated as described in Section 3 of the Terms of Service.
